There are a lot of businesses out there that want our attention; some are certainly bigger and better known then others. In some industries in particular, there is a lot of growth with the brands as things like technology become more important. Over the years the biggest and most known brands in the US has changed, but for a while now there have been a few staples.

There are some companies that are always included in the list because they continue to grow each and every year, and create new and exciting sections of their business that customers are interested in. There have been a lot of changes in the world recently, but these biggest brands have been able to adapt with any change that comes their way to ensure that they are still one of the best.

Google

Everyone would have heard about Google, and most would even use Google on a daily basis. Google is by far the most used search engine in the United States. In recent years, the brand has started to expand into other areas within the technology industry; they have produced the Google Home, Google Glasses, among other things. They are also working on a self-driving car.

Amazon

The CEO of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, is currently the world’s richest person, so it should come as no surprise to you that Amazon is on the list of the biggest brands in the United States. It is another brand operating in the technology industry and offers a wide range of products and/ or services. One of the newer services on offer is Amazon Prime, which is Amazon’s answer to Netflix.

Apple

This brand has been around for a while and is extremely popular within the United States, as well as the entire world. A lot of people have some sort of Apple product, may it be an iPhone, iPod, iPad, Mac, etc. When new Apple products are released, like the latest iPhone, you will see massive lines outside all Apple stores, people wait for hours just to be one of the first to get their hands on a new product.

Microsoft

Microsoft is another technology related brand that has been around for a while. This brand became pretty successful in the 1990s and they have never really looked back. Since the 1990s, Microsoft has expanded into a lot of other different areas, but all still within the technology industry. More recently, the CEO Bill Gates has stepped down, but that isn’t expected to slow down the growth they continue to see year after year.

Coca-Cola

No matter where you live you have probably heard of Coca-Cola, the signature red is pretty much everywhere you go in America. While the brand didn’t see that much year on year growth in terms of brand value, it is still one of the most recognizable brands in the United States. Many people have probably even consumed one of the drinks that are under the Coca-Cola brand.

Facebook

This social media site has been one of the most known and talked about brands in the United States for a while now. They have had a pretty difficult past few years with privacy issues making the news and other big brands (like Coca-Cola) announcing that they are pulling advertising spending from Facebook. Despite this, they are still a widely known brand and have many active daily users.
