There are actually a lot of health benefits in dark chocolate, it comes packed with antioxidants that can assist in keeping blood pressure down.

Even though you are eating healthy meals, it is still important that you don’t overeat and there is proper portion size control. Geoffrey Zakarian believes portions are key to eating better and potentially losing weight.
