1.   Invite them on a romantic date instead of ‘Netflix and chill.’

A lot of people are dissatisfied with dating because everyone asks them to do the same casual hangout instead of making a proper occasion for the first date. While it may seem dorky or old fashioned, buying flowers and taking them to a nice restaurant will make you stand out in a generation that thinks that ordering a takeaway on their couch is a good first date.

2.   Don’t push for or talk about sex unless they invite it

While lots of people are comfortable with sex straight away, it should not be an expectation out of the gate. A lot of people will find it refreshing when you don’t immediately try to make things intimate with them and show interest in who they are as a person. If someone is just getting a lot of casual hook-ups, then you will stand out by not looking for that from them.

3.   Impress them with your personality, not your job or possessions

While having a good job and a nice car are obviously things that may attract a partner, they should not be the main thing that lands a relationship. Make sure that you communicate who you really are and don’t focus on talking about your achievements but talk about what things mean the most to you.
